No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details at lightflamebeauty@gmail.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email us at lightflamebeauty@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your case and, if approved, issue a replacement at no additional cost.
